Purpose Isn’t Waiting on Perfection—It’s Waiting on Submission

There’s a quiet lie many of us have believed for far too long…

“I’ll step into my purpose when I get it all together.”

When I’m more disciplined.
When I’m more confident.
When I’ve healed a little more.
When everything finally looks… perfect.

But purpose doesn’t respond to perfection.
Purpose responds to submission.

It’s not waiting for you to polish yourself into something flawless—it’s waiting for you to surrender yourself fully to God.

Perfection Delays. Submission Activates.

Perfection says: “Fix yourself first.”
Submission says: “Bring yourself as you are.”

And here’s the truth that sets us free:

God has never required perfection to fulfill purpose—He requires availability.

📖 James 4:7 (NIV)
“Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

Submission is not weakness—it’s alignment.
It’s choosing God’s will over your comfort.
It’s saying, “Lord, even if I don’t feel ready, I trust that You are.”
